D) After receiving the response or the medical offer, the patient informs the hospital of his approval or rejection, with an explanation of the reason for them.

3- Is it possible to book multiple appointments for one person?

 Yes, provided that those appointments are not at the same time, because this is not serious and may affect the hospital's policy in dealing with patients' reservations in the future.

4- How can I follow up with the hospital later?

You can by sending another follow-up message indicating the previous appointment, by calling them or by emailing them.

5- When will the appointment be confirmed?

Usually, the appointment is confirmed within five working days of sending the booking request and may exceed that period because it is subject to their policies, and if that period is among the official holidays, it will be added to the previous period.

If the hospital is in Arabic-speaking countries, otherwise the correspondence is in English.

8- Are there translation services?

No, we are not intermediaries with any hospital, medical center, clinic or any medical category present on this platform and patients or service seekers, but hospitals provide their services directly to patients and it is possible to coordinate and request service from them directly.

13-Is there a discount for hospital website customers?

Currently, there is no current agreement in this regard, but this point will be taken into consideration in the future.

14- What are the approved payment methods for hospitals?

Each hospital has its own system and procedures, and we "Hospitals Pages" are not responsible for that, and you can communicate directly with the hospital and we recommend being careful and following safe and internationally reliable methods of payment, as the Hospital Pages website does not guarantee any dealings between all parties on the platform.

15- How can I recover the payments I paid to hospitals or any medical category in the hospital?

This is subject to the policy and payment system in force in those hospitals, and we recommend that you read and understand your money and what you have to do before transfer and consult the specialists in order to avoid any problems in the future. It is necessary to request the terms and conditions, privacy policy, return policies, and all other systems related to regulating the interaction between the hospital and the patient before benefiting from any service in order to avoid any problems.
